Ladies, this one may be more for you then your gentleman counterparts – although we all love a man who takes care of themselves, right!?

There are many things we can do to help our skin look and feel amazing, keeping stress to a minimum, adhering to a gentle daily cleansing routine but probably the most effective and efficient is loading our bodies with the right nutrients, be it solely through food or with the help of some supplementation where needed.

Starting the day with a healthy nutritious breakfast has been proven to decrease your chances of over eating throughout the day.  Filling the rest of your day with a variety of whole foods will help ensure your body is receiving the nutrients required to help give your skin a gorgeous glow, leave your hair feeling soft, shiny and your nails strong.

When creating a muesli that will your skin will thank you for, start with a oaty base such as Superfoods which contains wholegrain oats, buckwheat, LSA, quinoa flakes and puffed amaranth then add in some or all of the following:

Raw Walnuts & Almonds – Contains high levels of protein and omega-3 fatty acids

Coconut & Blueberries – Contains a mix of healthy fats and powerful antioxidants

Pumpkin seeds & Linseeds – Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, Zinc and Magnesium minerals like zinc & magnesium, plus a good dose of friendly fibre.
